I want to take pre authorized billing off my account. how do I go about doing this?

If you want to remove preauthorized billing/payments, you have to call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone or 18669956636 from any other phone. It can only be done over the phone and you will NOT be charged a fee for calling
