How can I receive a monthly notification of my phone bill on my EMAIL? I am vurrently receiving message on my phone only.

To get to this screen, please go to your Self Serve portal, and click on "View My Bill", then click on "View Transaction History" near the bottom, under "Other Helpful Links"


CORRECTION:

This process is for postpaid. I just now noticed that you've tagged prepaid. Maybe someone with a prepaid account can post more accurate information.

Unfortunately, prepaid subscribers don't have the option of choosing between text or email notifications. Text messages are sent by default, likely because we don't receive e-bills.
