What phone do you have?
It make have an option to block a number. If not, an app should be able to do it

Some phones have options on them to block numbers...iphone has Do Not Disturb - does not really block the number, it just will not ring.

Some of the androids have the ability to block the number.

If it is the same number all of the time, you can report him to the police

Another option is that we can change your number - it is usually the last resort because then the hard part is talking to all of your contacts (at least the ones you want to have your new number), and giving them your new number.

Had to change my number once - sent a text saying "This is Dave, changed my number, please contact me at this number in the future"

Dave,

When you sent out your text message about your new number, did you have to do it once for every one in your phone book or is there some way you can "broadcast" that message to all of them in just a few minutes?

Thanks for your comments. My phone says ALCATEL ONETOUCH on it, but I had not heard of this brand before. It is a cheapo. Just for emergency calls as there are no more payphones now. But this stalker is using up all my 100/month minutes with his idiotic calling. I think I try the 'new number' suggestion. Thanks, Dave.

With my Android phone I can discover the number of the stalker. I cannot block his calls, but I can send them directly to voice mail. This protects your 100 anytime minutes.

You still have to listen for a few seconds to his yammering when you delete his message off of your voice mail, But you can do that in non-prime time hours, so you are not billed for it.

Hope this helps.

Or you could check your messages from a landline and not use any minutes deleting the messages.
