How can I pay my last billing when my koodo number is in inactive status? Is there a representative that I can talk to?

I stopped my koodo number last month, but I didn't pay the billing for the last month. Currently I cannot log into my on-line account, and I cannot receive my paper billing because I move to a different city.
I try the koodo customer service line, but failed to find a way to pay the bill.

Your best bet would be to contact koodo using the toll-free number: 1 (866) 995-6636, explain your situation. They will be able to find your account using personal information they will ask you for and help you make your final payment.

Thank you. I called the number and tried to reach a representative and explain the situation, but from the self-service I cannot find the option to reach a representative. Do you know how to do that?
