Is there à way to correct this issue with my credit card. Maybe to reset my info?
Just give your Credit card company a call to change your address to the same one you use on file with Koodo. Thats the only way you can use a credit card to make payments. OR if your credit card is the correct address that your currently living at, and Koodo has an old one, give Koodo a call to update your address to match the one on the credit card.
