I live several hundred km from the closest koodo store. I require a new sim card. Was told by the webstore they do not sell sim cards. What do I do?

ebay.ca has them off-and-on. Just make sure you know the format (standard, micro, nano) and service (regular or prepaid, they are different) that you need since this is usually not refundable.

Webstore has now been down for ±7 months. Have to assume this is not a big priority for them. Doubt that I will renew when current prepaid runs out unless they actually make it easy for me to pay them money and get essential service.

I think if you buy a new phone online, it comes with SIM card if you are a current Koodo customer. If you are just wanting to buy a new SIM, you could try eBay or your local Kijiji.

I shouldn't have to buy off kijiji or ebay. Why can't koodo simply mail out sim cards? As I said I'm 7 hours drive to the nearest store. I might as well end my relationship with koodo now since if my phone is ever lost, stolen, or damaged, i'd have to change providers anyway. At least their competitors will mail sim cards.

Hey Rick! I definitely understand where you are coming from. We have just recently re launched our Webstore and only a few devices are available for purchases online as of now. We want to make sure that everything is running as smoothly as possible, and will be making more devices/accessories (i.e. SIM cards) available for sale online as we go along. We do apologize for the inconvenience. As Elizabeth mentioned, if you purchase a device online, we do mail a SIM card with it.

The web store people can wrap a phone box and mail it out, but can't put a sim card in an envelop?
Yeah the inconvenience, but also the lack of professionalism. Once the sim cards from your competitors arrive, I'll be porting out my number.
