How can I get my previous monthly plan back?

I just upgraded online yesterday, ordered new phone and had to select a monthly plan with it. I chose the same $45/month plan I previously had, but now I realize it is not as good as my old plan for my purposes. How can I get my previous plan back?

If the plan no longer exists you cannot. The best you can do is immediately send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter explaining the situation and asking for it back.
