I accidentally turned on my mobile data while in the US. My Data Roaming was turned off, but somehow my phone used 0.01 units (megs, I think) of data, and was charged $5. How can I get the charge removed from my bill?
Check page 3 of your ebill. The $5 charge could have been for texting as well. To get charges removed you would have to contact Koodo. Send them a message via facebook or any of the options in the contact us section below.
