I would like to change the PIN that I chose when setting up my prepaid account. I don't see any way to do it through the self-serve website, and it was not an option when calling *611. Do I need to speak to customer service? Will I be charged to change it?
Not sure if the steps are different on prepaid than postpaid, but on postpaid self serve you can do it by logging into self serve, clicking the self serve button at the top of the screen, click profile and then you will see the old version and in the black bar the PIN options are there
With prepaid, you can only change the PIN by contacting Customer Service. Give us a call at *611 from your Koodo phone and we'll gladly help! Don't worry, since you can't make the change yourself, you won't be charged a thing!
