How can I change the PIN for my prepaid account?

I would like to change the PIN that I chose when setting up my prepaid account.  I don't see any way to do it through the self-serve website, and it was not an option when calling *611.  Do I need to speak to customer service?  Will I be charged to change it?

Not sure if the steps are different on prepaid than postpaid, but on postpaid self serve you can do it by logging into self serve, clicking the self serve button at the top of the screen, click profile and then you will see the old version and in the black bar the PIN options are there

With prepaid, you can only change the PIN by contacting Customer Service. Give us a call at *611 from your Koodo phone and we'll gladly help! Don't worry, since you can't make the change yourself, you won't be charged a thing!

Someone from Koodo compromised my pin by giving it to the user of the phone. Now I need to change it. How do I do that the phone and I are in two different countries.

You'll need to either send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call the customer support line using a VoIP service such as Skype or Fongo. That might be the safer option as some people have reported taking many hours to get a response from FB, although the typical response time is 2-4 hours.
