I am planning to open a cell phone accessory store in Sackville NB soon however I am wondering if I could become a koodo authorized dealer of your products?

I'll see if any employees can answer your question. I haven't seen this come up before.

Hi Mathew, at this time we're not looking for additional dealers. Due to our many Koodo shops and retailer locations, we're at full capacity. We however thank you for your interest :)
Hell,

Do you know what phone number should I contact to discuss about being reseller or distributor of Koodo in Kitchener/Waterloo area?

Thanks
My apology, it should read "Hello" not "Hell" :-)

They aren't looking for additional distribution, based on the post above. I think the market is pretty saturated for cellphone resellers.
Thank you for your reply. In case there was a change in the policy, what phone number should I contact?

That's customer service. They won't have a clue in my opinion.

Yeah some guy from another continent who gets paid less than $5/hour will know how to become a Koodo dealer.
Agreed with Chris. Customer service are trained to deal with only regular consumers. I have had a similar problem with other cell phone firms like Bell, Rogers,... too.
