How am I supposed to activate my new SIM without being charged a service fee?

My self serve account says I am unable to change the SIM myself. And when I dial the service number provided, it does not connect with the new SIM.

You can send Koodo a private message to their FB page where they can swap the SIM for you, it could take a little for them to get back to you if busy. That or call from another phone to customer service if you need it activated immediately. Dial 1-866-995-6636

hi Cathy,

If you want to switch SIM you need to contact Koodo directly, there won't be a fee for switching SIM (I assumed you had the new SIM with you already). I would suggest you contact them through facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone

Cathy, the SIM swap feature online has temporarily been disabled. The fee doesn't apply if you can't do it yourself online.  As the other suggested send us a private message on Facebook. We will help out.
