I recently signed up with Koodo under a nationwide promotional plan. I was attracted to Koodo because it did not require a contract, lacked hidden fees, and offered competitive pricing. Basically, I felt that it was working for my business rather than taking its customers for granted and attempting to wring every penny out of them like other Canadian cell phone companies. However, when I received my first bill, I noticed that I was not receiving the promotional plan price. Needless to say I was quite disappointed. However, I spoke with a customer service rep last night, Frank, and he identified the problem and fixed it promptly. My hope for a better future for Canadian cell phone users has been restored.
