purchased a wireless home phone hub and signed all papers to start this service and was told 3 to 5 business days today is the fifth day and still nothing has been changed the agreement was made feb. 11 wondering how much longer and if nothing who do I call for help?

yes for number to be transferred from current home phone provider to koodo

Usually takes 2-5 business days to port wireline to wireless (Koodo home phone is considered wireless). As long as you provided all the correct info for the port request, it'll happen once the carriers approve and complete the port.

I've never had a port request delayed or denied with Koodo, perhaps an expert can enlighten us with what happens? Does customer get a phone call or should customer call 866-99-KOODO?

I would wait until the beginning of the week.  if it is still not ported over by then, I would call Koodo to ask them what's going on
