Signed up with Koodo Mobile at the Kiosk yesterday. Got an email to do the selk serve. When I ried to set it up I got the message: Hmm, we couldn't register your account. What is the problem? I have tried several times and still no go. online
What link did you click exactly Joseph? It could be that you already signed up for self service and that you just need to click the confirmation message to verify your email address... did you check your spam folder to see if it ended there?
