Usually, I pay $54.24. Last month I received a text saying that I had reached 100% of the data limit and if I want more data it will charge me $5 and I have to reply "YES" which I didn't as I was almost on the last day of the cycle. But still, I was charged $5 in my bill. What was that?

Have you logged into your self serve and downloaded the detailed pdf ebill?  There should be an explanation of the charge here.  What does it say?

Abir,
According to your bill, you consumed 1025.001 MB. This is 1.001 MB beyond 1 GB, thus the $5 fee.  If your dispute is that you are on a Shock-Free Data plan, and did not respond to a SMS asking if you wanted additional data, then you should contact Koodo billing dept to discuss the charge.
