i have 3 accounts in koodo one of it is a plan without data. i am a person of just paying what's on my bill but one day i accidentally checked my e-bill and noticed that account has an active data. i've been cheated by koodo on this way of their business. i am now looking for a trusted provider. suggestions please....

If you feel you have been unfairly charged. I would recommend you call Koodo billing to resolve the issue.
Call 611 on your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636
There will not be a charge for the call.

Wait, you "accidentally" checked your bill? Isn't that just a normal thing that we're supposed to with bills?

It might have been pay per use charges or you signed up for a data plan without realizing it. Did you change plans recently? Or did you always have the same one?

If you want to discuss the issue then I would call them like Spence said. Not everything is the carrier's fault, though.

I'm guessing this is exactly what it is. You got a plan that didn't include data, you used data accidentally, and now your upset that Koodo charged you for said data. If you don't want this to happen I would just make sure you have the data block in place as otherwise if you click the wrong thing its very easy to have it happen.

And just to confirm whats going on, were you charged for using data? Or when you checked your ebill did it just mention something about data in it (data pay per use, 100mb)?
