Hi! I need to pay my bill but your web page doesn't take my debit visa card. So, Can I pay at The Mobile Shop of Superstore?

And also I can't preauthorize my account for pay my bill. I need to pay it today or tomorrow! pals I want to pay my bill!

You can set up preauthorized bank payments via Self Serve. Koodo does not accept Visa Debit cards.

Pre-auth takes 1 billing cycle to be effective. So you still need to pay this current bill.

I cant remeber if a debit visa is more visa or debit, but if you are trying to use it as a credit card then the address on it needs to match the account. If it still fails then you need to call Koodo to register the card for use. This will take a few days. In the mean time, paying via online banking or at the bank are your best bet for this payment that is due.

You also might want to call Koodo to report your payment since it does take a couple of business days for the payment to post and you dont want your service cut off unexpectedly

Visa Debit "acts" like a credit card, without it being a credit card. Koodo's system does not accept it.

Unfortunately we don't/can't do bill payments for any carrier except PC Mobile postpaid.


You can do online banking, go directly to your bank's teller with your Koodo account #, use a credit card, or even a Western Union. How do you pay your other service providers' bills, out of curiosity?

I dont believe Koodo kiosks accepts payments. Cant you pay bills at the ATM?
Or you can do Telephone banking too

Koodo shops are able to take payments but only by Credit Card...

Just do online banking. You don't need to go into the bank to do it.

If you cannot make a payment at the bank today, I'd suggest paying through Money Mart or Western Union. Or you can make a payment tommorow through bank teller. I'd also contact the payment management team to let them know a payment is on the way so they can secure your account from interuption 855-325-6636 or #227 directly from your cell phone. As previously posted all you need is your customer # on top of your bill which is your account #.
