I'd assume that it will be migrated to HSPA at some point since Telus is shutting down its CDMA network in the near future. But, we can only guess as to when.

Well, who knows... That is Bell territory, and AFIAK, I haven't heard of any pending shutdown dates for Bell, unlike Telus' 2015 target.
