Hi I just added a second line to my account and now I can see my e-bill and the second account does not have the $10 discount for 12 months

When did you sign up for this promo?  What plan did you get?  What province are you in?

The discount appears in the first FULL month of service. It should be noted on your next bill, and carry forward for 12 months.

I'm in Ontario i got the 55 dollar plan with 2 gb bonus for 24 months and 10 dollar discount and I signed up Jan 13. Wich i have partial charges for until the new billing cycle starts on Jan 15 But on the new billing cycle my first line shows a 10 dollar discount but not my second line. I did however port my number over on Jan 16 for the second line.

Ok so it looks like everything qualifies.
your jan15-Feb.14 full month billing cycle should include the $10 credit.

Likely the number port caused further partial month charges, postponing the discount by a month. (Computers take things SOOOOO literally)
