hi i have made payment to my bill and it is still not showing i paid it. i paid it on january 28th

Hi shelley. Sorry to hear this. But if you made the payment and Koodo never received it. You have to look into a few things.

If you did online banking, did you put the correct account number in(double check)

If you paid with a visa/MC does your address match what's on file with Koodo.


Call your bank or card provider and see what happened to the payment. See where it ended up. If they say Koodo received it. Than call Koodo. Or email using self serve.

It takes time to process a payment.

Also the self serve summary does not update frequently.

If you paid properly, then dont worry about it until next bill date

I paid my bill like I always do every month via online banking - this month it seems like it's taking forever to apply . And I got a text saying pay within the next 24-48 hours to a AVoid cancellation - but I already paid 2 days ago . And I know it's the right account information because I didn't change anything from the last time I paid .
Is there a number or email for Koodo ?! I can't find it anywhere ....
