Hi i have a question about my bill.

I got my bill here its 36$ with 45$ plan. I habe used my service just from 14dec to 18 dec. Just for 5 days 36$. Thats not fair.

If it's your first bill it's prorated and completely normal your next bill will be the regular amount t for the full 30 days. Was there also a discount because your first bill is usually more than your monthly because its the days up to you billing cycle plus one month in advance.... Was there a discount?

Actually i was on seasonal hold till 13 dec. And i change my provider on 18th dec. So from 18th dec. I am not with koodo.

Oh ok. How long were you on seasonal hold? It costs Monty while your on seasonal hold as well Remeber. Check page 3 of your pdf and it will have a breakdown of your bill and why it is what it is.

Depending on the number of calls you made in the 5 days, you may also have accumulated some pay-per-use charges, as, unless you were on an unlimited minutes plan, your minutes are prorated over the month.
