Hi I changed my number and carrier last month and new carrier rep. told me that cancellation will be done automatically but I received another bill f this month from koodo. why is that for?
Did you port your Koodo number to the new carrier? If not then it wouldn't be cancelled and you'll need to call customer service (1-866-995-6636) and cancel. If you ported your number to the new carrier then and ONLY then does it cancel your account with the previous carrier, in this case koodo
