HFO20096188 - Received no Service Agreement/No Account number to activate

I just received my phone (yay) but don't know how I'm supposed to activate it. I never received an activation email and I don't have a service agreement either.

Have you tried inserting your sim (should have came with your new phone) into your phone?  If so, does it work?

Ok it means your account is not yet activated.  You need to contact koodo and let them know you have received your phone but the account is not activated and you have not received a self serve registration email.

I recommend sending them a private message on their facebook or twitter so you wont need to wait on the phone
