I'm trying to get in touch one of your team in customer service but I've waited long 30 mins and almost 1 hour... and giving me this koodo community which they can't help me what I need still telling me to call customer service come on I've been your customer for more than 10 years this is what I deserve

If you just want to cancel your Apple care shoot us a message on Facebook and will help out. Otherwise this Community is awesome and you'll be surprised how much help they could be.

Calling us is never the best option, I don't disagree. We are value brand focusing on self serve so waiting on the phone will always be longer than trying to do things online.  

Also, changing plans via our reps will cost $10 but it is free online.

Apple care cannot be removed online yet. That is why I suggested the private message on Facebook.
