Help with Self serve !!

I just got my phone yesterday, have my number and trying to register for my self serve account. right now. It says no account connected. This is the answer I get when I click on the reg. link they e-mail me. Am I registering too early? This is an employee account.

Are you using the same email you gave to set up your account? You may need to call and make sure that the correct email was given when setting up the account, it only takes a single letter/symbol difference to make the email not the same so it could be something as simple as that.
