Now i broke my HTC One, so i am trying to get the existing sim card to work on the koodo network again, I have changed all the apn settings an still cannot get this phone to work. no bars when i try to add a network operator it show koodo but says unable to conect at this time or it says network unavailable. what am i missing please help.

Depends on where you are.....no bars means poor to no coverage... Are you in a basement apartment?brick walls?building?did you try it elsewhere or outside?is the sim card the same?if it is should be a plug and play after switching the sim cards

if the sim has been off the koodo network for more than 3 months it will need to be replaced. Sim cards are permanently deactivated after 90 days of inactivity.

The sim worked in my HTC 2 days ago, I am in a building, and i have tried outside, every other phone cell phone between myself and other staff all have a signal.

In my apn screen I have 2 Koodo Sp and one Koodo MMS

The two Koodo Sp Bith have the same settings.

Name - Koodo SP
APN - sp.koodo.com
Proxy - 74.49.0.18
Port - 80
user Name
Server
MMSC
MMS proxy
MMS Port
MCC - 302
MNC - 220
authentication Type
Apn Type

In the Koodo MMS apn everything is that same as ab obove except for
MMSC wish has http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/ mmsc

I have tried creating a new apn filling out all the boxes as shown by koodo. I have been inside and outside tried everything i could think of. Still cannot get this phone to work.

APN settings ONLY affect data access. The apn settings in the phone will not make the slightest bit of difference if the phone will not connect to the koodo network. Call Koodo tech support from a second line for assistance getting the phone to connect again.
