Hooked myself up with koodo today- tried registering for self serve but the only message I got that the Account is not available even though I've received my phone number- btw is there fee charge when using customer service>??
I never heard of "account not available" as an issue before. What we have seen on this forum that sometimes people use a different email address when they activate their phone. Then they go home try to register in koodo's website for self serve with another or their real emails address. That's when things tend to go astray. If that's the case you have no choice but call and reset the account.
There is no charge for that. They only charge for things that you can do yourself online. This is not one of them.
