It's the one you would have picked at the time you bought the phone. It could be on the papers you got from wherever you got your phone. The service agreement papers.

We won't have that info here and I do not beleive you can see it in Self Serve. If all else fails, give Koodo a call and provide them with three peices of info such as date of birth, address, driver's license, last three numbers of the social insurance number, last 4 numbers of a credit card on the acount if there is one.
