I bought an unlocked Nokia Lumia 520 but the device does not connect to to the 4g network. Can anyone help me with that?

The 520 was 2g (but not with koodo) / 3g only if I remember correctly.

I think that Koodo, like many carriers, refers to the DC-HSPA as 4G despite LTE actually being the true 4G.

I was going by what I saw in gsmarena.com and what I remembered about it.

Hi Sam, it could be coming from your SIM card, as you need to have the new V3 SIM cards in order to get 4G. These SIM cards are solid purple and white in color. Can you check? Thank you!

I already stated that what Koodo refers to as 4G is in actuality 3G.
