Help - I need to make a payment today but the koodo website is down. Are there any other options to make this payment? When can we expect that the koodo website will be finished with the maintenance and available again for use?

Keep in mind Koodo and your bank may not recognize the payment as today.

I would hope with the system down, everyone gets one extra day for billing/plan changes/etc

I feel like your a little anxious paying your bill. No need to worry, call in to customer service by dialing *611 from your Koodo Phone and you can pay with your credit card.

Hi Gina, there is indeed a known issue with the credit card payments (online and with agents over the phone). We are aware of it and we apologize for the inconvenience.
