My iphone 4 was suspended by my parents for awhile, and it's been reconnected this morning. They said turn it off and back on and it should work again. I turned it off and on 5 times, downloaded my phones update, turned it off and back on, connected to the wifi, disconnected the wifi. I've done everything i can thing of, so why wont it connect again?

If your parents resumed the line, it should be working by now... Do you get any message on the screen like no service or emergency only? Get your parents to double check this with Customer Service to see if the line was successfully resumed.

If it's a Koodo phone and after you updated software it should still work, but if it was suspended for lost/stolen issue you'll have to buy new SIM, else call 1-866-995-6636 X6 and talk to Koodo Tech Support rep for more help

Hi Mat, a customer doesn't need to buy a new SIM card if it was reported lost/stolen and he still has the phone...
It's not working still, It just has the same screen the it did while disconnected. It should have the 3G thing pop up beside the koodo and service bars at the top of the screen, but its not there.

Before you call Koodo Tech Support Team try once again turning iphone off, pull out SIM for 1 minute, enable 3G ad go to Settings/General/About, check Network and operator fields if not showing Koodo, get help quickly from Koodo
