why do i have to make a new email when registering my self serve account? why cant i just use the email i made the account with

if you signed up with that email address already when you activated, you should have gotten a confirmation email to your inbox our junk mail, if not, call koodo customer service *611 from your cell) and they will reset the account and walk you through the registration for self serve :D
