Re-enable the 4g in your settings. What kind of phone do you have?If you need further assistance we will provide the steps.

If you're in western Canada, they just announced that there is an issue. You can call in and tech support can create a ticket, but troubleshooting on the phone itself isn't going to fix much at the moment.

I am... Thank you... Where do they announce that kind of information?

Right here :) Or Koodo informs customers as tickets get logged for the same issue. If the issue persists elsewhere they get informed on here through question or over the phone! :)

Issues should be resolved now. Pull the battery and sim card for 30 seconds then reboot the phone. If data still isn't working please call tech support.

I had this happen to me the other day. I just turned it off. Removed the battery and sim for a minute. Put it back in.
Not sure if that is what fixed it, but, shortly after, every thing worked.
I find that any time I have a problem now, I shut off the phone and remove the battery and sim.
