Help! I have no cell service. I upgraded to a google nexus to use at work in Churchill Falls, NL. I was told by both koodo reps that yes, there was service in Churchill Falls. I arrived yesterday. There is no cell service, only wifi. What should I do?

Under your network settings, make sure that your phone isn't set to GSM only. If this doesn't resolve your issue, you can return the phone and cancel your service without penalty if the phone hasn't been damaged and you are still within the 14 day grace period.
Try going to settings - more settings - mobile networks - network operators and let it search for towers, when it's done it will give you a lost of available towers choose koodo or telus if koodo doesn't show up. Also make sure your phone isn't set to airplane mode and that you have entered Koodo's APN settings in the APN section of settings. If this works let us know & star any answer that helps with your issue.
