I have an android phone and received an email with a .mov video file attached. I was told I need Quicktime Player but that's not available on Google Play. What app should I download? I have a Samsung Ace 2X. Thanks for your help.

Try MoboPlayer https://play.google.com/store/apps/de...
There are a few others, such as QQ player or VLC player, try to search Google for the best results :)

MX Player Pro works well for most Android devices, there's also a free ad supported version as well.

Paid version

I second MX player, I have yet to find a video format it won't play and it also works for streaming Web based video streams.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the help. I've installed the free MX. It seems to work so far but some of the ads associated with it do seem a bit shady (i.e. "your phone is infected...press here to remove the virus"). I just might consider the paid version of the player continues to meet my needs. Thanks again!

Ya definitely don't push that, it usually has other ads but just recently it started showing that one. I've used it since it was released over a year ago and never had any issues with viruses or anything. If it fits your needs definitely purchase the full version it very well supported and always getting updated with great new features.
