help with paying from another country and then deactivate my plan

I left Canada a while ago and now i want to pay my final bill and then deactivate my plan.
the problem is that they dont accept credit cards from another country.

And the other problem is how do i deactivate my account/plan with koodo? There is absolutley no information on how to do it. I tried to call koodo but they are just saying that there is nobody that can answer my call. I also tried to email koodo but with no response.

Send a private message on Koodo’s Facebook or Twitter page. The reps have access to your account, which we don’t have on this board. They may be able to close your account. The normal procedure is to phone them, but understanably that may not be convenient.



You may have to mail them a money order, along with a printed copy of your final bill as soon as it's available in your self-serve account.

Make sure you include your remittance slip with your payment. Include your Koodo account number on your cheque or money order.

You can still make payment with online banking.  How did you pay before?

And you will have to call Koodo to close your account.

Hi Dennis, I used to pay directly from my Canadian bank account. But i closed that account when i left the country.

I can't find the option where i can use online banking, only the one that accepts Canadian credit cards.
