Help with expired account

Hi,
I have a Koodo prepaid account. I just got it last month. I signed up for automatic payments every month. Now I just got a message saying my account expired. I want to know what happened and get it back online.

Login to self-serve and top-up. You probably didn't set your automatic payments properly.
