help with data usage issues. I'm supposed to have 10 gb

I changed my base plan. and used up my data add on. now it says my data is turned off and I have to pay $7/100mb. but I'm supposed to have 10gb?

The 10GB plan was only for new customers, so you can't have changed your plan to it, Destiny. What do the details of your plan say how much data you have?

Turns out OP got the standard priced 10gb plan.

Try restarting your phone?

This is just a stab in the dark.

Otherwise you will need to contact Koodo to figure out why your data has been paused when you new plan has 10GB.  These are the issues when you try to change plans mid-billing cycle.  it can be confusing and can trip up the system too
