Today I got a text from Koodo sayinYou've reached your $200 credit limit. Call #227 from your mobile phone to make a payment today, keep your phone active & avoid a reconnection fee. Free Koodo msg." I don't know what it means also when I go into my self serve app it only shows my first bill and not my current one

If your bills are all paid up I wouldn't worry too much. However, I would still call Koodo to check that they are seeing the same thing just to avoid any service disruption

I think your account is on spending limit so it includes billed and unbilled charges

I called the #227 and there was an option to pay but when I went to pay it said there was nothing to pay

You could call *611 on your koodo cell to talk a rep if you are concerned. But I think you are good

Cameron is right. OP is on spending limit. Calling a rep won't help, the text was sent I think to let her know that she is close or teaches her limit. What is strange though that upon calling that number she couldn't pay. Although, I think she still could have made a payment to bring below her limit.
