Help PREPAID ISSUES

I registered my new phone online did the whole process then put a 25$ card on it and still i cant call *611 or text and the koodo self serve app tht comes on this phone doesnt even work when i click it ot goes to the playstore and whn i search it it says no results oy telus and other phone company apps.

The self serve app is dead they're not supporting it anymore you have to use the online self serve now.
Try turning your phone off and taking the SIM Card out and then reseating it in the SIM tray again and see if that helps.
