Charged 45 for what? Is this your bill or in addition to your bill because there was non-sufficient funds? If it's NSF then I'm afraid it's a bank thing. You can try your bank again and maybe you can get a more sympathetic rep. I've had something like that happen to me before and my bank reversed the NSF charge. You can ensure there's the regular amount from now on in reserve in case Koodo takes it early again or you can remove pro-authorized payments and set a reminder a week ahead of your bill due date to pay it manually.

If you look on your detailed pdf e-bill on self serve, it say the date when the preauthorized payment is made
no Koodo charged my bank account 15 days before my due date and it cost me 45 dollars

I usually get charged 15 days in advance. Is this your first bill or was Koodo taking the money later until this month?

If you have pre authorized payments set up the payment will come out 15 days before your due date. If you dont like this you have to remove the automatic payments and then do it manually yourself.

Your monthly Koodo bill is $45 right? The way you state it it almost sounds like the bank is charging you a $45 penalty.

It also says this on your detailed pdf e-bill as I said earlier.  Did you even login into self serve to view your detailed pdf e-bill?
