Help me to buy add-on.

First of all, it seemed the site link of changing my billing information was crashed I couldn't change my credit card's expiry date. And I had to go to local business to buy voucher.. I have enough balance on my account but whenever I try to purchase stupid add-on to my account, there's no successful purchase signal. Keep coming back to add boosters, add-on(s) page. I'm really disappointed with this company

There is currently an issue with the service provider Koodo uses to manage the self serve accounts. They are aware and are working to get things fixed soon. Meanwhile you can add add-ons using the automated system from *611
