Hi,
On April 22 I bought and re-loaded a $50. voucher to my account to renew my base plan. It accepted it but then I got a message that Koodo was unable to renew the base plan!
I need my phone topped up NOW! I have no more money to buy another right now. Please help me find out why I cannot get that base plan. Thank You

Hi Katrose,

If you entered the voucher after it tried to renew the base plan you will need to try to reselect the base plan you want to use. Your 50$ should still be available if it was never used before
