What phone do you have, you can do it right from your phone on some models?

To add to what KID said, Koodo can't block numbers for you, neither online or over the phone. The only way to block a number is if your phones settings allow you to or you download an app that allows you to.

If you have an Android or Blackberry I'd recommend "Call Control" from their respective App Stores.

I've used call control on BlackBerry and it's a pretty good app

I don't know if the S2x has them but my Note 2 has blocking features for calls & texts. Go to your messaging app & press the menu button on the phone & click on settings, then in those settings there might be what your looking for. Go to the dialer app on the phone & click the menu button again & then settings & there might be there. Don't know how new these features are to Samsung but it might save you putting another app on the phone.
