I only have one email account and I don't want anymore so why do I need to change my email I just signed up for the online stuff all I wanted to do was pay my bill online but not if I have to get a new email account!
Whoa! Hold on a sec...Kat you need your email address to sign up for and access your self serve account where you can see your bill usage etc. Did you give a 'fake' email address when you activated or is this the first time you're setting yourself up?

Tell them there is something wrong with self serve and it is askin for another email when you are trying to register with your only email address and you dont have any other accounts with Koodo or Public mobile
