I only have one email account and I don't want anymore so why do I need to change my email I just signed up for the online stuff all I wanted to do was pay my bill online but not if I have to get a new email account!

Whoa! Hold on a sec...Kat you need your email address to sign up for and access your self serve account where you can see your bill usage etc. Did you give a 'fake' email address when you activated or is this the first time you're setting yourself up?

No I didn't give a fake email I gave the email that you replied to me through but my prob is I keep getting asked for a new or 2nd email and I only have the one so I don't know what to do

Sounds like their system got flaky! Not sure Kat, can you give me more info? Have you used your self serve account or no, can't because of this email thing where it's asking you for new email?

No this is my first time trying to use this stuff but it won't let me do anything cause it keeps asking for another email account and I only have one email and im not to good with computer stuff sorry

Call Koodo *611 on your Koodo cell (it's a free call)

Tell them there is something wrong with self serve and it is askin for another email when you are trying to register with your only email address and you dont have any other accounts with Koodo or Public mobile
