Help! I changed my monthly plan and it removed my $40 roaming plan!!

I am currently in the USA for 10 days and added the $40 roaming text, talk and data plan. I was checking my usage online and saw that there is a deal that suits my monthly needs better so I changed my plan online. When I got the confirmation email it showed the new plan added, the old plan removed AND my 10 day roaming plan removed!! I paid $40 for this plan and I NEED to have the access to phone text and data. What do I need to do to have them resolve this issue?

On the confirmation page, did it actually say the add-on was removed? If it was you'd have to call Koodo at 1-647-788-4337 and explain the situation to the rep who should be able to put it back on.

Hi there and thanks for responding. Yes, it said the $40 US Roaming plan was removed. I called Koodo awhile ago and they confirmed there was no add on. The rep. re-added it and said to call back after my plan recycles and see what kind of charges I have on my account and they will credit the account at that time. It sounds like a hassle but as long as it's sorted I will be happy.
