i tried to top up my account with credit card..my phone doesnt work..it shows it did on my account but yet i cant message or call

You top up'd you base plan or boosters? The base plan has unlimited texting, caller ID, voicemail, etc. So if you only have a base plan; then you can only text unless it's one of the $25+ base plans that include unlimited evenings, then you have to wait until those evenings come (7pm, 5pm, etc).

If you have boosters, then you can access calls and data. If it just doesn't work on your phone, are you sure that you have the correct SIM card? That it is Prepaid SIM?

You can also try a battery pull, which is taking out your battery and your SIM card for 30 seconds - 1 minute and then retrying again.

If all fails, there may be an issue with your cell phone. What phone do you have? Is it a Koodo phone?

Sometimes all you have to do is reset ur phone for it to register that you just topped up ur account so just shut the device off and power it back up usually that fixes the issue hope this helps
