Just wondering if there is any way to breakdown monthly cost of 2 separate numbers on one account? rather than just the monthly total?

You could, with some math, make it happen... Or maybe if you call they'll be able to give it to you!

OR you could look up the provincial and federal taxes in your province and calculate

Presuming that you have to split business from personal calls, may I suggest:

Get a VoIP account with an inexpensive provider such as CallCentric. One number for personal calls, a second DID number for business calls (or vice-versa), both forwarding to your single unique cell or to any number of cells in the US or Canada at once for about 1.5 cents a minute.

Two separate VoIP numbers, which are easily split on the bill. Perfect audit trail for ALL of your incoming activity for the revenue snoopers. Easy to justify that outgoing calls on all cell numbers would be in proportion.
