Koodo you should set up the promotion of $60 for 10GB, then your call volumes wouldn't be so high. Been calling since Wednesday and no answers. Worst service ever!@

You mean set up in self serve?
Unfortuately it's for new customers only. If an existingCustomer wants the plan they need to call in. If you are down the the end of this promo, your best bet is to activate in store as a new customer or sign up with a competitor
