i ordered a phone it said it was declined yet it took the money have called koodo and can hardly understand anyone there because they hardly speak english. was wondering if anyone has had the same problem

If it was declined you'll get a refund on your card within a week I believe. This is due to your cc processing times.

it did not say declined it said could not be processed and i call my cc company and they gave me a confirmation number on the order

You're going to need to call in and discuss this with a rep as I don't have access to any account information here.

Make sure you're clear about what you want. Check with the cc company to see if it was billed or just authorized too. There's a difference .
